Each story told by Hatticus, the ringmaster of Chapistro's circus, embodies a distinct energy. With great care, they select the adventures they have witnessed during their countless intergalactic journeys, aiming to both entertain... and inspire.
Every character, every creature, serves as a living metaphor.
The Storyteller/Ringmaster
Hatticus (any pronoun), is a nonbinary alien who has a hat for a head. They are ringmaster and the storyteller of the circus of Chapistro. They have visited many galaxies, entertained and inspired the hearts of many. Their ultimate goal is to help anyone who listens by sharing the adventures of people who have gone through intense struggles, and went through a massive transformation.
Because there is someone out there who has gone through a similar situation as us. We are not as alone as we think we are and joy, abundance, prosperity is everyone’s birth right.
Each story will begin with Hatticus giving us a small introduction, before letting us fall into an immersive world through storytelling and animation.
Lyra from “Best Friends”
Lyra (she/her) is a young woman from the 1990’s in Quebec, Canada. She is of Greek origin and a lesbian with undiagnosed autism. She spent all her life feeling like there was something wrong with her and trying to fit in boxes that didn’t fit her.
The best description she can give to describe herself, is feeling like a robot who is handed a book called How to be human and not understanding a single word, as if it were written in another language.
Samara from “Best Friends”
Samara (she/her) is a changeling who will somehow learn about Lyra’s existence and will be drawn to her. She desperately wants them to be best friends, because in her opinion, they have so much in common.
Her method of making Lyra see eye to eye might be the wrong approach.
